Given the dramatic changes in the arbitration landscape, Debt Connection Symposium and Expo™ 2009 has announced the timely addition of a Round Table on Arbitration. “Arbitration – What Will You Do Now?” will be presented by Bev Evancic, Vice President, Resource Management Services, Inc.

This session will examine the changing arbitration landscape, including pending litigation and proposed regulatory changes.  The Round Table will then explore practical operational strategies that may be implemented to address accounts already in the arbitration process, as well as workable solutions for accounts that previously would have been placed for arbitration.

DCS 2009 is also pleased to announce the addition of a Dialer Strategy Round Table, presented by Michael Frye, Vice President, Consumer Collections Group, BBVA Compass Bank.  Michael is primarily responsible for managing collection efforts (entry to charge-off) on the Direct and Indirect portfolios and has been instrumental in expanding the BBVA Compass Decatur Collections team from 15 agents in 2003 to approximately 150 in 2009.  While manager of the dialer team, he was responsible for managing campaign strategies for all lending products across three sites. We look forward to his insight and ideas.

Dennis and Judy Hammond are please to once again present an exceptional educational and networking opportunity, complete with experienced and knowledgeable speakers, technology showcases and product demonstrations, speed networking, and solid opportunity to explore the solutions you need to address the today’s challenging environment.

Debt Connection Symposium and Expo™ 2009 will be held September 15 – 17, 2009 at the El Conquistador in Puerto Rico.
