Monarch Recovery Management, which owns and operates Academy Collection Service, today announces the addition of Anthony Mazzacano as their Chief Information Officer.  This addition will continue to enhance the service and performance provided by the company.

Mazzacano has 17 years of industry experience with a focus on information technology and its impact on operational efficiency.  Mazzacano holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University in Computer Information Sciences and a Master’s Degree from St Joseph’s University in Computer Information Sciences.
