Executive Change: Joshua Schreiner to Columbia Ultimate as Compliance Officer

Columbia Ultimate, an expert in technology and integrated solutions for the collection industry, recently named Joshua Schreiner, Esq., as compliance officer. Schreiner will act as Columbia Ultimate’s in-house counsel and will oversee the company’s compliance in conjunction with federal and collection industry regulations. He will also manage Columbia Ultimate’s program certifications with ACA International (Association of Credit and Collections Professionals).

Schreiner received his bachelor’s degree in International Business from Linfield College, and previously practiced law as a consumer bankruptcy attorney. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, fly-fishing and spending time with his wife and two small children.

Executive Change: Chris Straiter to Sentry Credit as Director of Quality Assurance

Sentry Credit, Inc., is pleased to welcome industry veteran Chris Straiter as the Director of Quality Assurance.  As the QA Director, Chris will provide additional tiers of training which will reinforce one of Sentry’s critical values: constant and never-ending improvement (CANI).

Chris joins Sentry Credit fresh from a two-year assignment at American Express Global Collections, where he was a Portfolio Manager responsible for a number of third party collection agency relationships. Prior to joining American Express, Chris was an important part of the consulting, audit, and conference operation at Resource Management Services, Inc. His recovery management experience began at Bank of America. His 13 year tenure there included Risk Management, Agency Liaison, and extensive experience in Agency Audit and Agency Performance Management.

Executive Change: Thomas Wilcox to Mercantile Adjustment Bureau as Dir. of Compliance and Ops Support

Wilcox, who holds an MBA, has been in the ARM Industry for 18 years and he has worked for Western New York servicers throughout his tenure as a compliance professional.
