Credit Grantors and ARM Companies Converging on Vegas Once Again

I look forward to seeing a lot of you at the Collection & Recovery Solutions conference in Las Vegas today. Judy and Dennis Hammond always put on a five-star event and I am sure they will not disappoint this year.

Attendance at the various industry events so far this year has been strong and hopefully this track record is a sign of recovery among ARM professionals and credit grantors. While some agencies – especially those in the bank card/credit card space – had a tough 2009, recovery performance overall has improved starting late last year and continuing into Q1. Debt purchase is also picking up.
