NCO Group and APAC Win Customer Service Technology Award

Expert Global Solutions (EGS), a global leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, announced today that two of its subsidiary companies, APAC Customer Services and NCO Financial Systems, were presented with a Stevie(R) Award in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Company was recognized for excellence based upon its credit card transaction processing platform. The award-winning solution, called ePayments, is a proprietary tool that enables credit card processing via a BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) solution to transact payments electronically.
