Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe, was selected by the Rochester Business Alliance as one of Rochester, N.Y.’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies, ranking 8th on the list.  This is the eleventh time ConServe has been named to the Rochester Top 100.  The Rochester Top 100 ranks privately held companies based on three most recent years of revenue growth.

“We are truly honored to receive the Top 100 ranking from the Rochester Business Alliance and the accounting firm of KPMG LLP,” said Mark E. Davitt, President of ConServe.  “This recognition demonstrates our employees’ ongoing commitment to not only meeting, but exceeding our Client’s service and performance expectations.”  Mr. Davitt attributes his continued ranking on the list to several key factors and stated, “it has been our investment in people, technology, and an enduring focus on the evolving needs of our Clients that have ultimately charted our consistent growth.”

ConServe employees and Mr. Davitt will receive the award at a luncheon held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center in Rochester, N.Y.

Founded in 1985, Continental Service Group, Inc. (dba ConServe), has provided accounts receivable management services in the higher education, government and commercial markets. ConServe was ranked as the #1 performing collection agency on the U.S. Department of Education’s student loan collection contract from 2004-2010.  In 2009, ConServe was again awarded a long term contract by the Department of Education and is currently among the top performers in this category.

ConServe has also achieved the ACA International Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) certification.  Less than 1% of collection agencies nationwide offer the benefits of this certification to their Clients. This designation is the collection industry’s standard for quality management.   ConServe was a recipient of the Rochester Business Ethics Award, listed on the Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing companies, honored by Inc. magazine Hire Power Awards for job creation, named a Rochester Top 100 company 11 times in the last 12 years and recognized by insideARM.com as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections.
