This relatively new company to the industry (they launched in early 2019) has brought the principles of the digital ad industry to the collections industry. What's the cornerstone? Testing. You've got to be able to test scenarios and quickly deploy strategies based on data from that testing.

The iA Innovation Council is a collaborative working group of product, tech, strategy, and operations thought leaders at the forefront of analytics, communications, payments, and compliance technology.
