Norwell, MA – EOS USA, a leading provider of customer care and accounts receivables management services, is pleased to announce the expansion of its operations with a commitment to open a new, 20,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Somerset, KY later this year. This new customer care call center will serve as the company’s flagship location for its first party outsourcing business and will enhance the existing operations which are headquartered in Norwell, MA.

With more than 1,000 employees and eleven offices in the United States and India and an affiliated company in Canada, EOS USA operates two divisions which service clients nationally. EOS Healthcare provides revenue cycle management services to hospitals and physicians and EOS Services provides customer care and accounts receivables solutions to various markets including utilities, communications, higher education and government. Much like its other regional offices, this newest location will be outfitted with the latest technology and data systems, enabling EOS USA to offer its clients the utmost in professional and secure customer care and receivables management services.

The Somerset facility is slated to open before the end of 2015, and EOS USA intends to add hundreds of jobs at various levels to this Kentucky market over the next couple of years. The renovations, which began in June, will include the installation of an all-new communications system, refinishing the interior décor and reformatting the floor plan to maximize employee productivity.
