Allied International Credit (AIC), a leading provider of accounts receivable management and customer contact solutions for nearly 60 years, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest location in Manila, Philippines. AIC currently has seven offices throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

AIC Philippines is located in the McKinley Hill area in Fort Bonifacio, a highly desirable district in Taguig City. The decision to expand offshore was not to replace any of its current operations, but to provide its clients with additional, cost-effective solutions to service collection and care programs.

Joining the AIC team as Senior Vice President of Operations in the Philippines is Jason Henning who brings over 10 years Senior Management experience running offshore call center operations. Since officially opening its doors on January 7th, Jason has on-boarded the first group of employees and will continue to foster ongoing relationships with both clients and potential clients.

“Our Manila office becomes a key strategic location that will complement our existing sites. We are positive our current and future clients will realize the benefit of further service options and that Jason has the leadership and experience to manage this new and exciting phase of AIC’s growth”, says Kenny Johnston, Allied’s COO.

David Rae, Allied’s CEO, said, “Our decision to invest in this area, while the ARM industry is still dealing with key volume challenges, supports our decision to invest in the business for the long term benefit of our employees, clients and investors.”
