Former presidential hopeful Ross Perot’s company, Perot Systems Corp., has opened a BPO/ARM call center in Makati City in the Philippines.  The company will hire and train 400 highly skilled healthcare account executives and network engineers this year.

“What we do here is not traditional call center work. It is knowledge processing. It will be in the areas of revenue cycle, claim processing, insurance administration and accounting and finance,” Peter Altabef, president and chief executive of Perot Systems Corp., said in a statement.

The call center’s primary client will be Tenet Healthcare Corp., one of the world’s largest healthcare providers based in the United States.
