Each webinar is one hour in length, and cost is only $89. July 8th Webinar – Agency Auditing 101 begins with “Planning the Audit”.  Planning the audit will help you determine if it will be on-site or remote, the frequency of the audits, signs of when to audit, questionnaire prior to Audit and notification to the collection agency.

Then we will move on to “Performing the Audit”.  Performing the audit will help you establish what is important to you.  This section will also cover contract compliance, scoring the results, samples, licensing, insurance and FDCPA and state compliance.

This webinar will conclude with “Action and Feedback from the Audit”.  This section will discuss plan of action by the agency, your expectations and the follow-up audit.

July 15th Webinar – Auditing Legal Efforts will begin with “Procedures, Expectations and Verifications”.  We will discuss Validation letters, attempts to contact before and after judgment, location verification, asset verification, court process and follow-up, licensing and insurance.

We will also discuss assignment to another attorney and network attorneys.  We will conclude with money issues such as payment processing and remittance and court costs and attorney fees.

July 22nd Webinar – Auditing Payments & Remittances will discuss auditing payment processing and remittance activity.  In this webinar we will cover procedures and security, such as mail process, cash handling, payment posting, deposits, phone payments, credit card payments web initiated payments, non sufficient fund payments, payments on closed accounts, post-dated checks, credit balances and fees assessed.  We will also talk about contract compliance.
