The CFPB Examination Manual is an 802 page document outlining the procedures the CFPB will follow to examine debt collectors and other financial institutions. Much of the massive manual is devoted to the examination procedures for banks and entities other than debt collectors.

Below are links to the sections that likely will be applicable to debt collectors.
