MANCHESTER, United Kingdom — Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK), Ltd., the UK arm of the globes’ leading deceased account management specialist, today announced its intention to start providing Mortgage Administration Services with immediate effect.
After a lengthy and stringent authorisation process, the business is delighted to confirm that it has obtained permission to provide Mortgage Administration Services from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The group, which already delivers market leading compassionate recovery solutions to over 75 of the UK’s largest financial institutions and similarly in its other markets, Australia, Canada and the US, is now in dialogue with clients to expand existing partnerships to incorporate first and second charge Mortgage Administration services.
