Providence Dane, LLC, a full service debt collection firm, announced the appointment of Patrick J. Swanick as Senior Advisor.  Pat has more than 30 years of professional experience in the banking, collections, payments and technology industries.

Pat previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Gila Corporation, a leading nationwide provider of accounts receivable management solutions.  Last year, Gila Corporation was sold to the Owner Resource Group (ORG), an Austin, Texas private equity firm.

Pat formerly held executive positions at KeyCorp, including Vice Chairman of KeyBank, N.A. and President of Retail Banking and Electronic Services.  He has significant corporate governance experience, having served on the boards of Captaris, Inc., KeyBank USA, MasterCard International (US Region), the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) and Tyfone, Inc.  Pat currently sits on the Board of Directors of FP Liquidation, LLC and on the Business Advisory Board of Tyfone, Inc.  He is sought after for the professional articles he has written and for his expertise within the banking, technology and receivables management industries.
