ARMing Heroes (www.armingheroes.org) is pleased to announce that its donors’ contributions to the 2012 No Debts for Vets Charity Fundraising Drive have enabled gold-star military mother Terry Hardin to keep her family home as a result of the grant she was awarded late last year.
As originally reported in November 2012, Terry Hardin submitted a grant application last year, asking for help with some bills. As it turns out, she needed this help to try to qualify for a new mortgage, without which she expected to lose her family home, the home she grew up in.
