Denver – Virtuoso Sourcing Group, a business process outsourcing company, has acquired First Revenue Assurance  (“FRA”)  and IEI Financial from UK-based BPO Vertex Business Services in an all-cash transaction. Virtuoso’s CEO Judith A. La Spada previously founded and owned First Revenue Assurance, building it into one of the nation’s largest woman owned debt collection business prior to selling to Vertex in 2004.

FRA and IEI provide accounts receivable management and debt collection services to leading telecommunications, financial services and energy companies throughout the U.S.  Included in the acquisitions are full-service call center operations in Colorado, Indiana, and Texas that presently have 150 employees.

“With these acquisitions, Virtuoso is able to accelerate our business plan and capitalize fully on an economic environment in which our services are critically important to large companies,” said LaSpada.  “These two talent rich organizations have built a track record of outstanding results for customers and we are thrilled to integrate them into the Virtuoso platform.  We will continue to aggressively seek new opportunities and customer relationships in these and other synergistic markets.”

Virtuoso Sourcing Group (www.virtuososourcing.com) is headquartered in Aurora, Colorado.
