Executive Change: Tate & Kirlin Associates Welcomes Back Troy Clement; Announces Rebranding

Tate & Kirlin Associates (TKA) welcomes back Troy Clement to its company as Sr. Vice President of Operations.  Troy worked previously with TKA for two and a half years back in 2011.  His experience both at the client level and agency level along with handling operations, client services and vendor management in both segments brings a great deal of knowledge and success to the role for TKA.

This addition has also brought on a re-brand of the Tate & Kirlin Associates business model.  TKA is a “customer care company focusing on receivables management.” What this means is TKA has changed the complete culture of how they provide titles to employees, departments and overall how they communicate with the customers.

TKA now employs and hires Customer Care Associates who report to Customer Care Managers. To ensure our client’s brand and TKA’s brand is first and foremost the Client Care Services team reports to the Client Care Manager, headed up by Veronica Niblick.  The Customer Care Compliance team is headed up by our VP of Compliance Bob Dougherty, the owners Dick Tate and Harry Kirlin have also been provided with new titles, CEO and President/CIO respectively. James Neary is our Executive VP of Business Development.
