DALLAS, Texas – Real Time Resolutions, Inc. (RTR) is pleased to announce its acquisition of certain assets and the call center operations of Account Outsourcing Group, LLC (AOG) located in Montego Bay, Jamaica. RTR is based in Dallas, TX and provides contingency fee collection services, first-party collections, mortgage servicing, customer service, and portfolio management nationally for many financial institutions and servicers in the United States. RTR was founded in 2000, is a certified Women Owned Business (WBENC), and has been recognized by many of its prestigious clients as a leader in performance and compliance. Unique to the industry, RTR is nationally licensed in the U.S. as both a collection agency and a mortgage servicer.

In addition to the AOG’s Jamaica call center operations, RTR acquired certain first and third-party collection, customer service, and BPO contracts which are serviced in the Jamaica call center. The Montego Bay facility is professionally staffed and managed locally by Rosetta (Rose) Malcom-Brown and Mia Crooks, who have a combined 29 years of collection and BPO experience.  AOG was formerly owned by Mike Chiodo, an industry veteran formerly with NCO, AMG Financial and Garnet Capital, among other firms.

We have always known that the culture and workforce in Jamaica offer superior service and quality when compared to other nearshore locations, and the AOG professionals are truly exceptional.”  He noted that Montego Bay, Jamaica will operate as a branch office of RTR, joining Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ as RTR’s third call center.
