Aaron is an award-winning financial journalist who reported on regulation and risk management for banks and credit unions, with experience covering OCC, FDIC, FRB, NCUA and CFPB. While at UCG he developed multiple highly-rated and content-rich risk and regulatory conferences for banks and credit unions, and launched a risk- and regulation-focused publication for the credit union industry.

Most recently, he served as Chairman of the National Directors and CEOs Leadership Convention for which he planned the agenda, sourced speakers, and managed the marketing and sales efforts. This is the credit union industry’s largest independent conference for CEOs and directors.

He also served as the Executive Editor for The Bank Safety & Soundness Advisor, where he edited and reported on community banking, with an emphasis on all matters related to regulatory action as well as safety and soundness. He shaped the publication’s editorial direction and managed freelance contributors.

“We are thrilled to have Aaron bring his breadth of experience and strategic focus to the insideARM team. As we expand our focus on regulatory compliance and move into the ‘first-party’ arena, his expertise and contacts are perfectly aligned with our direction.” said Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of the iA Institute, which publishes insideARM.com. “Not to mention, Aaron has already proven himself to be an extremely thoughtful publishing executive… and a super nice guy who has been a pleasure to work with.”

Aaron will be on-site at insideARM’s upcoming First Party Outsourcing Summit, October 12-14 just outside of Minneapolis. If you will be at the event, we hope you’ll introduce yourself.
