Norwell, Mass. — Collecto, Inc., d/b/a EOS CCA (www.eos-cca.com) has announced the addition of healthcare accounts receivable management industry veteran Paul Fitzpatrick to its newly designated Strategic Business Development team.  Paul will fulfill the role of assistant vice president, strategic business development, and will develop existing and future client relationships in the healthcare sector nationally for all phases of the revenue cycle.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience to EOS CCA, with specializations in both business development and operational roles within the healthcare industry.  His healthcare bona fides have enabled him to serve as a past president and chairman of the board for the Maine Chapter of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and as a current board member for the Connecticut chapter of AAHAM. Paul also maintains an active role in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and several other AAHAM chapters throughout the Northeast.

Paul’s return to EOS CCA, where he held a similar position in the early 2000s, marks a significant additional step in the company’s recently-launched Hearts & Minds Initiative unveiled in a news release dated September 15, 2010, which ensures all clients receive service levels other companies typically reserve for the top 10% of clients.  In his new role, Paul will be charged with leveraging his healthcare expertise to implement innovative, customized solutions for healthcare organizations while supporting the broad client service goals of the Hearts & Minds Initiative.

“I am pleased and excited to rejoin the EOS CCA team, and I look forward expanding what is already a successful, national presence in the healthcare receivables management industry,” said Mr. Fitzpatrick.

Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development, Candice O’Brien added, “We made the commitment to add Paul to our team because of his experience and presence within the industry, and because his approach clearly supports the excellence all our clients can expect.”
