Heineman oversees ACT’s national sales, corporate marketing and customer service teams, and she leads the agency’s continued expansion in the educational, government and consumer markets.

An 18-year veteran of the collection industry, Heineman joined ACT in 2005 as the agency’s vice president of sales. During her tenure as a key contributor to the firm’s operational direction, ACT has grown from two to five offices and tripled in number of employees. Well respected in the debt collection industry, Heineman is active in many professional associations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Houghton College.
