Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR), is pleased to announce that Business Development and Client Relations Representative Kim Mahoney was the recent recipient of a 2007 YWCA Woman of Professional Excellence Award.

The YWCA Woman of Professional Excellence Award provides employers with an opportunity to recognize the contributions of exceptional women within their organizations.  This award also recognizes an organization’s efforts to support and encourage women’s growth and signifies a leadership-conscious work culture that values and rewards talent, dedication, strong work ethics and teamwork by female employees.  Ms. Mahoney was presented the award at the YWCA Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Cleveland, OH.

Ms. Mahoney is a Business Development and Client Relations Representative in the Cleveland office of WWR.  In her role, she acts as lead coordinator and liaison to prospective clients, managing RFP’s and RFI’s and coordinating presentations, submissions, negotiations and audit communications. Ms. Mahoney is very active in non-profit organizations, most notably, Care Alliance, a non-profit organization providing health care to low-income and homeless members of the community, where she was recently recognized with a Shining Star Award for her service, leadership and excellence.
