The facility, which is located at 350 Bertie Street, Ontario, Canada, will open in March and will provide clients with a staff of experienced debt collection professionals positioned to support clients in both the United States and Canada.

The Castle family has been an employer in the Buffalo area since 1974, with a strong presence in the community. The expansion allows Northstar to continue to supply tier best performance and unparalleled service and support to clientele of Fortune 500 companies.

Currently operating from two facilities, Northstar headquarters, located at 4285 Genesee Street, is conveniently located across from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Their Cheektowaga satellite office has provided Northstar the opportunity for increased capacity to support their growing client base. This facility has the capacity for 288 full-time agents.
