SoundBite Communications, Inc., a leader in hosted contact center and mobile marketing solutions, and NobelBiz, Inc., a facilities-based carrier, today announced that they have solidified their partnership so that SoundBite can continue to offer its clients an authorized caller ID management solution. SoundBite remains an authorized reseller of NobelBiz’s patented service and has rebranded the caller ID management solution previously offered under the name “Local Connect” to “NobelBiz LocalTouch(TM).”

“SoundBite has been a reseller of the NobelBiz caller ID management service for five years as several of our clients have chosen to integrate it into their ongoing campaigns,” said Chris Bohlin, Senior Product Manager of SoundBite. “Selling the service under the NobelBiz LocalTouch(TM) brand name will provide valuable market clarity and, importantly, our customers will understand they are buying from an authorized source.”

James Siminoff, President of NobelBiz and inventor of LocalTouch(TM), added, “NobelBiz has worked hard to innovate and educate the market about the power of LocalTouch(TM). Having one of the preeminent leaders in the proactive customer communications market selling our service under its branded name makes all of those efforts worthwhile.”
