The International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) is hosting its 42nd Annual Convention on Jan. 16-18, 2013, at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Fla.

The IACC Annual Convention brings together commercial collection leaders from around the world and provides the opportunity for discussion on important topics of interest to the industry. Convention newcomers and veterans alike are welcome and will leave the meeting with new ideas to implement back in the office.

“Attendance numbers for this year’s convention again look great. Commercial collection professionals from around the world realize that this is the premier meeting to network, learn, share ideas, and grow and strengthen your business,” said IACC President Randy Frazee.

The agenda for the 2013 convention includes educational sessions on client customer service; today’s debt collection industry; the European economy; economic recovery; and a discussion with attorneys. The IACC Annual Convention features a must attend keynote presentation called “Beyond the field: College football and its impact on the greater Miami community,” by Eric Poms, CEO of the Orange Bowl Committee.

Early registration ends Friday, Dec. 7.  For more information on the IACC and its Annual Convention, or to register, please visit http://www.commercialcollector.com or call (800) 859-9526.
