Credit Bureau of Canada Collections Acquires Recovercorp

Collectcents Inc., operating as Credit Bureau of Canada Collections, announced that it has acquired Recovercorp Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Recovercorp Inc. is a nationally licensed collection agency that has been a fixture on the Canadian Business Profit 100 list of Canada’s fastest growing businesses.

“There were many positives in this transaction.  The acquisition of RCI puts us in new markets both in Canada and the United States and the additional revenue will further enhance our profitability”, said Jonathan R. Finley, President & CEO.

The company also announced that its new operations centre in Vancouver, British Columbia was recently granted ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management certification, thereby ensuring all CBCC sites meet this exacting quality standard.  Credit Bureau of Canada Collections is a nationally licensed collection agency offering collection and customer relationship management services in both Canada and the US.

Credit Bureau of Canada Collections provides First Party Outsourcing, Third Party Collection and Mail services to a client base in both Canada and the United States.  Corporate head offices are located in Mississauga, Ontario.
