The SAS 70 audit involves an intense certification and verification process to determine that the Company’s technology platform and operational processes adhere to strict industry standards, as verified by an independent auditor. This Certification provides Williams & Fudge clients assurance that operational processes, system controls, and infrastructure meet stringent requirements for reliability, security, and service that have come to be expected from Williams & Fudge.

In May 2001, Williams & Fudge, Inc. became the first collection agency in the country to receive certification in the Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) through ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. In addition to annual re-certification of PPMS, and SAS 70 certification, the Company performs a Compliance Attestation Examination of the Title IV Student Financial Assistance Program.
