I.C. System announced the official launch of a consumer website aimed at providing information and resources to consumers.  The site located at www.icsystemconsumer.com is the place to visit for consumers that might be confused about an account they have with I.C. System.

“We try to be as transparent as possible.  This site is a great way for people to learn more about I.C. System and also provides additional means to contact us if we are perhaps calling the wrong phone number,” said John Erickson, President of I.C. System.

The site provides features such as online contact forms, phone numbers, important industry links and the ability to file a formal complaint with I.C. System.  This site is an expansion on the highly successful Consumer Help Line that was launched by I.C. System in April of 2011.

“A great consequence of the Consumer Help Line is that it has provided us an additional check and balance on our already highly reliable system of call monitoring,” said Sue Johnson, Director of Legal Affairs at I.C. System.  “In addition to 100% call recording, we now have enabled our consumers to act as our unofficial agent call quality team, as they inform us of any I.C. System Agent behavior that they feel is questionable or in need of review.

The idea is that by providing an outlet for consumers to contact I.C. System’s Consumer Help Line if they have any concerns about their experiences with I.C. System and its employees, a better consumer experience will be realized.

“We strive every day to be the best, most trusted receivables management company and we feel strongly that www.icsystemconsumer.com is further proof that those words have some tangible, verifiable meaning and aren’t just corporate do-good speech,” Said John Erickson, President of I.C. System, Inc.

I.C. System, a privately owned company founded in 1938, provides accounts receivable management services for 20,000 clients within many industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, utility, and communications.  Headquartered in St. Paul, I.C. System has offices in Iowa, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. .
