Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC. (CI) employees are at it again!  The steadfast team at one of the nation’s largest privately held accounts receivable management firms continues to make a difference in the lives of people in need.

Most recently, the employees of CI welcomed Buffalo Sabres Right Wing, Patrick Kaleta, as he visited their corporate office in Buffalo, NY on May 11, 2012.  Kaleta made this special appearance to thank CI employees for their generous donation to his organization, the H.I.T.S. Foundation (Helping Individuals to Smile).  Through their ongoing fundraising efforts, CI employees raised $10,000 to help Kaleta in his mission to provide support for underprivileged children and adults.

But the good deeds did not end there.  For the seventh straight year, CI employees have contributed $15,000 to sponsor Carly’s Crossing, an open water swim event held in mid-August at Buffalo’s waterfront.  With this donation, they’re supporting pediatric cancer research and patient support programs through Carly’s Club at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.  And with their $10,000 donation to sponsor The BASH* 2012, CI employees are doing their part to help the American Red Cross achieve its mission of preparing for and helping those affected by emergencies.

Since the inception of the company’s charitable fundraising program, CI has donated over $1.2 million in employee-raised funds to local and national charities, including annual support of organizations like Ryan Miller’s Steadfast Foundation, the March of Dimes, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Christie Cahalan, Vice President of Human Resources, stated, “In a time where many receivable management firms struggle to shake the negative stereotypes associated with our industry, our employees continue to surprise the community with their generosity and the unfaltering sense of duty they feel toward others in need. We are so very proud of our team.”
