Windham Professionals, Inc. is pleased to welcome new Chief Operating Officer William Higginbotham. As Chief Operating Officer, Higginbotham will be responsible for directing all of Windham’s Operations and Information Technology.

A seasoned veteran of the accounts receivable management industry, Higginbotham’s skill and expertise will serve to accelerate Windham’s successes.

“I am looking forward to helping to move Windham to the next level of success within our industry,” said Higginbotham.

“With more than 30 years of experience in the collections and financial services industry, and with his leading role in leading business directing successful business growth, Bill’s background is well suited to meet our immediate needs and strategic plans for growth,” said Windham President and CEO Erin Zaldastani.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer for Convergys Global Accounts Receivables Management Division, Higginbotham managed all aspects of business development, operations, and profitability, directing over 2,500 agents.  In this position he produced worldwide year-on-year revenue growth of over 30% in each year, increasing operating profit by over 200% while achieving top performance and satisfaction ratings from Fortune 100 clients. He was Group Operations Head of the global unsecured collections division of Ocwen Financial, where he increased offshore collection performance by over 300% and achieved a successful acquisition effort of another receivables management company.  He was President and COO for AllianceOne Inc., where he was instrumental in growing the company from a group of five small collection agencies to the sixth largest provider of accounts receivable services, with more than $140 million in annual revenues and 2,000 employees.

In addition, Higginbotham has also served in a series of key leadership positions with NCO Group Inc., BancOhio National Bank, First North American National Bank, and CitiCorp. Higginbotham received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
