John Smith, president of FMS, Inc., announced Friday that the collection agency has added industry veteran Mark Savoie to their roster as Vice President, Business Development.

“We are looking to Mark to use his network to expand the offerings of FMS,” said Terry White, Senior Vice President, Business Development.

Savoie has nearly 20 years experience in collection operations management and has spent the last six years in ARM sales.

“I’m very excited to be affiliated with such a strong organization,” said Savoie.  “I’m looking forward to working with Terry and the team at FMS to continue building a world class shop. John Smith, Paul Rongey and Hank Markowe have made a significant commitment through capital investment to the future of this company.  They are dedicated to fostering compliance and using cutting edge technology to guarantee our clients the highest level of service and recovery possible.”

Savoie will be joining FMS at DCS2011 in Las Vegas in September and will be maintaining an office in Minneapolis, Minn.

FMS, based in Tulsa, Okla., has a second office in Columbus, Ohio and is currently fully compliant with ISO 27002, SSAE No. 16 and PCI Standards.  They have recently added speech analytics software to their host of tools.
