This very productive and fully compliant center in Monticello, Minnesota is conveniently located approximately 45 minutes northwest of Minneapolis and has the capacity to add approximately 120 additional collection professionals.

The Monticello center is Northland Group’s second acquisition in the past year. In December of 2012, Northland Group acquired a collection center in Willmar, Minnesota from another national collection agency. This security-certified center provides first and third party collection and customer support services for companies in the financial services, student loan, and telecom.

Northland Group retained many of the existing management and staff in Monticello.

Northland Group also announced its interest in additional acquisitions in the collection industry.
