FMA Alliance, Inc. announced Friday the addition of Marc Lanni as Vice President-Director of Operations and Jim Crone as Vice President-Director of Sales and Marketing.

Marc Lanni joins FMA with over 16 years of Operational experience which encompasses the implementation of systems, procedures and strategy development to effectively manage high volume daily production schedules.

Marc has a proven track record in managing, training and motivating collection staff including management and supervisory personnel; his results oriented approach is designed to create strong collection teams to stabilize and grow competitive performance long term while delivering strong revenue and profit performance.

In Marc’s previous roles with both Nationwide Credit and more recently with General Revenue Corporation/Sallie Mae he was able to help create a work environment that significantly decreased employee turnover and improved client performance while consistently improving revenue.

Jim Crone joins FMA with 27+ years of industry experience both at the Senior Management level and as a National Sales Representative with an understanding of managing key client relationships and aligning the Sales and Marketing Department with the strategic objectives of the company.

Jim has worked with several previous agencies similar in scope to FMA which is headquartered in Houston, Texas with a second call center located in College Station, Texas that currently maintains approximately 300 employees.

He was an integral part of the management teams that were able to grow these agencies from 300 to over 1000 employees, from several call centers to multiple call centers strategically located throughout the United States and offshore.

In Jim’s role with FMA he will be responsible for identifying projects that are a good fit for the organization while providing an understanding of the key elements specific to FMA that create a competitive advantage in partnering with them in order to provide the best solutions.
