Windham Professionals, Inc. is pleased to welcome three new executives to its top management team: Chief Information and Technology Officer Richard Skinner, Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff – Change Management Mike Kendall, and Chief Financial Officer Meave O’Marah. These key members have joined Windham at a time of great growth and will be instrumental in shaping Windham’s continued expansion.

“I’m thrilled to have them aboard,” said Windham President and CEO Erin Zaldastani. “It’s a very exciting time for us. With ongoing expansion of new office space in Tennessee, Massachusetts, Nevada and New Hampshire, and the addition of these highly qualified, talented people, Windham is poised for an unprecedented growth.”

Kendall’s industry experience spans more than 30 years, including executive roles in marketing and operations. He has been responsible for new product development and sales to address collection needs of financial institutions, and also managed collections for government and student loans, commercial, healthcare and utilities.

“I have always admired Windham’s owners and management and felt they embodied what a great company should be,” Kendall said. “Caring corporate citizens. Respectful of their employees. Driven to excellence, but with a thoughtful eye on the future.”

Skinner specializes in Information Technology (IT) strategy and has written two highly regarded books on the subject:  “IT Is About the Strategy” and “IT Tactics.” He has 40 years of IT experience and over 25 years of experience in the collections industry.

O’Marah comes to Windham with experience in the private and public sectors in fiscal policy, budgeting, start-up activities, accounting systems design, and management controls and reporting. She has worked in politics and public policy in London, New York City, and Massachusetts, covering topics ranging from education to administration and finance.   She attended Milton Academy, Harvard College, and Oxford University, and she received an MBA from Babson College.

They now bring their impressive skill sets to Windham. Kendall and Skinner have been peers at two different agencies previously, collaborating on numerous client and internal projects, including new collection systems, products and services, and client programs. The two also shared a mutual respect and admiration for Windham before coming aboard.

“Windham is a vibrant, growing agency poised for great growth,” said Skinner. “I wanted to be a part of that. I believe my prior IT experience in the industry will allow me to contribute to solving IT problems and removing obstacles to growth.”

Now, Kendall, Skinner, and O’Marah are looking forward to helping propel Windham to new heights.

“We have a strong team of veteran Windham employees who have been with the agency for many years,” said Skinner. “We are sprinkling in industry veterans who bring their own unique skill sets and experiences. It makes for a dynamic combination.”

“The overall goal is to better position Windham for significant, future growth,” said Kendall. “I am looking forward to working with everyone to transform a very good company into a great company. A company that the top people in the industry will want to work for and be a part of.”
