Jim Christensen, owner and CEO of Array Services Group (Array), proudly celebrates 35 years as a national leader in Revenue Cycle Management, Accounts Receivable Management and Call Center Solutions.

In 1977 Jim Christensen purchased St. Cloud, Minnesota based Central Collection Services. Now called J.C. Christensen & Associates (JCC), the original company is just one of three businesses under the Array Services Group umbrella.

Christensen spent the first 10 years building JCC from 3 employees to 20. He traveled throughout Minnesota acquiring clients, primarily in healthcare. JCC now has a national footprint helping a wide variety of clients in multiple industries improve debt recovery rates and optimize cash flow. “JCC is solely dedicated to serving the relationships between our clients and their customers to increase recovery rates through quality service, industry expertise, and proven systems,” said Christensen.

In 1991 Christensen entered into a partnership to create CareCall. CareCall focuses on serving as an addition to the customer service departments of clients in a variety of industries. “CareCall is more than just a full-service call center outsourcing partner,” said Christensen. “Our representatives are specialists in the industries we service.“

ProSource, the third Array Company, was established in 1996 and is devoted to providing first party billing and insurance follow up for healthcare. The company has taken off in the last few years and, along with the third party medical arm of JCC, is the current growth-driver for Array. “I am really proud of the success we have had over the years and I look forward to what the future has in store,” said compliance director and longtime employee, Lilah Stellmach.

From three employees in 1977, Christensen has grown his company to 500-plus employees. And as the business has grown, so has his commitment to helping the community. In addition to significant corporate gifts to local libraries and healthcare organizations, each year employees at Array come together and participate in company-sponsored charitable campaigns that support organizations such as the YMCA, United Way, and Toys for Tots. Array also supports scholarships at a local technical & community college and has made its facilities and technology available to non-profit organizations.

Array Services Group and its three innovative business units – CareCall, J.C. Christensen & Associates and ProSource – offer professional services in call management disciplines, accounts receivable and revenue cycle management, empowering clients for immediate and future success.
