ICSM, a UK-based firm that focuses its attentions on the printing industry, provides their clients with information on potential bad customers. They’ve now enlisted specialist debt recovery attorneys as a value-add for their current services.

"In the past, legal costs were prohibitive to clients who wished to sue their debtors. As a result, many have lost out," debt recovery manager Andy Allies told <i>PrintWeek</i> magazine. "We expect that access to specialist legal expertise… will increase the likelihood of successful recovery."

The partnership provides a one-stop-shop system that is sure to prove both attractive and beneficial to their customers.
