InvestiNet, LLC announces the hiring of Wyatt Shaw as Vice President of Legal Operations. Mr. Shaw joins InvestiNet with more than 10 years of experience in the credit and collections industry.

In his new position, Mr. Shaw will be responsible for contributing to the strategic vision of the company, overseeing the management of the performance of the legal network, including garnishment production, liquidation performance, forecasting and risk management.

Wyatt Shaw has extensive leadership experience within the ARM industry with a focus on driving performance and managing risk that extends both to agency and legal network management, analytics and inventory management, audit and compliance, and client services. Mr. Shaw holds a BA from Western Michigan University with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Business Administration.
