Net Gain Marketing, Inc. (NGM) today announced that clients seeking to outsource the request for proposal (RFP) response development process can now do so with simple hourly billing offered through the firm’s SOLARIS bid writing program. The new offering, structured much like a temporary staffing agency model, allows companies that need help writing occasional RFP responses to purchase blocks of time at attractive hourly rates.
Previously, NGM offered this service on a flat-fee basis only. As previously announced, clients who have taken advantage of the SOLARIS program in the past have earned in excess of $100 million in fees as a result of wins through the RFP process and have seen returns on investment exceeding 4,000%.
The program is ideal for collection agencies seeking to win larger private and public sector contracts, which increasingly are awarded exclusively through the RFP process. According to data found at www.mygovwatch.com, less than 20% of all government agencies in the United States are currently outsourcing, so any competitor able to produce quality bid responses to go along with a strong company infrastructure can penetrate these markets.
