Crestwood Mgmt LLC announced today that it has partnered with Tenmast Software, an industry leading software company, to provide expert support to the housing industry, and recently agreed to service the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority’s (CMHA) Housing Choice Voucher Program’s Waiting List Lottery.

All applicants for this year’s lottery were taken electronically via Tenmast’s user friendly and intuitive web site developed specifically for this campaign.  Crestwood, working closely with Tenmast and CMHA, will be provided call center support for general inquiries, public computer location assistance, technical support, application questions, and application assistance for the elderly and disabled.

Crestwood will leverage their strong technological platform and expertise to customize three separate Interactive voice response (IVR) scripts for CMHA in order to assist callers during the pre-lottery, the actual lottery in operation and during the post-lottery period.

IVR is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice and phone keypad inputs.  Callers can get information quickly through the automated system without speaking with an agent.  This technology allows for callers to have a choice to review menus of frequently asked questions.  Callers always have a choice of pressing a key to speak to a live Crestwood agent for assistance.  Crestwood’s IVR solution is designed to service callers in the manner they want to be serviced.

Applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list lottery ended, but Crestwood will continue to support callers through August 31st.   Crestwood’s partnership with Tenmast continues in September as they work with the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA).
