The IACC Annual Convention brings together commercial collection leaders from around the world and gives them the opportunity to share and discuss important topics in the industry today. Newcomers to the event and veterans alike are welcome and will leave the meeting with new ideas to implement back in the office.

“This meeting has become an essential piece of the commercial collection industry with its must attend educational sessions and networking events. This is the event to garner the best ideas and solutions for your company,” said IACC president, Bob Ingold. “We will also hold the first ever meeting of the IACC certified agencies during this convention in order to discuss the program, how to grow it and how to market it along with IACC membership.”

IACC will also present its annual Leadership and Distinguished Service Award at the start of the meeting during the president’s banquet opening night. This year’s recipient is Tom Hamilton of American Lawyers Quarterly.

Agenda items for the 2014 convention include sessions on using your website as one of your greatest sales assets, recording and enforcing foreign judgments, identifying the most qualified job candidates, the economy in 2014 and a must attend keynote presentation by Christine Corelli, president and chief creative officer of Christine Corelli & Associates, on “Change, Challenges, Choices: Meeting Our Challenges Head On.”
