JACKSONVILLE, Fla. and AURORA, Colo. – Virtuoso Sourcing Group, a provider of outsourced accounts receivable management solutions, has deployed a hosted debt collection solution from Latitude Software, an Interactive Intelligence company (Nasdaq: ININ).

The hosted Latitude software suite has enabled Virtuoso to provide superior customer service, according to Virtuoso’s CEO, Judy La Spada.

“Latitude’s open, Windows-based architecture has enabled us to do our own programming and in-depth analysis so we can flexibly tailor our services,” La Spada said. “We can provide clients with customized reports and we give them the ability to view their data to see the progress we’re making on collections. In addition, we can analyze and identify certain segments of the data to target for maximum collections effectiveness.”

Virtuoso Sourcing Group deployed Latitude Software’s Latitude Center, the company’s core application for managing pre- and post-charge-off accounts and the entire collection workflow process. It also includes functionality for tracking goals and performance to help improve agent productivity.

In addition, Virtuoso has deployed Latitude add-on applications for Web portal access, data mapping, the creation of visual flowcharts, and the automation of file delivery and e-mail notifications.
