Delta Outsource Group of Saint Louis, Missouri, has recently earned certification through the Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) of ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA).

To become certified through the PPMS program, Delta Outsource Group completed a rigorous application and audit process. Delta Outsource Group meets all program requirements including developing an individualized professional practices system of management for their agency, creating supporting documentation for jobs and tasks performed by employees of the company and submitting specific business records to an independent auditor to assure compliance with the program’s high standards for collection agency operations. In addition, periodic audits are mandatory for Delta Outsource Group to maintain its PPMS-certified status.
