Living up to its reputation as one of the collection industry’s most innovative and top performing agencies, The Northland Group, Inc., recently took home several top honors from the prestigious 2011 Debt Connection Symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Both Resurgent Capital Services and Discover Financial Services recognized Northland Group for its innovation and overall performance during 2011. Resurgent named Northland Group its Best Overall Agency and Innovator of the Year. Discover recognized Northland Group with its “Late Stage Performance” Award.

The Performance Awards from Resurgent and Discover honored Northland Group’s outstanding accomplishments in collections and back office support across entire clients, specific markets and key personnel over a consistent period of time.
