ACA International Announces Scholarship Opportunities for Annual Convention

ACA International announced today that scholarships will be available for its 72nd Annual Convention & Expo. This year’s convention will be held July 13-15, 2011 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

The Convention & Expo Scholarship opportunity was designed to assist ACA members by providing full or partial assistance in covering the registration fee or airfare to attend the annual convention. ACA understands the stress some companies face in the current economic conditions and wants to help. These scholarships give members the opportunity to attend the convention and collaborate with other participants to build on their continued successes.

Graciously sponsored by Travelers Insurance, the following nine scholarship opportunities* are available this year:

• Three will cover the entire convention registration fee;
• Three will offset more than half of the cost of the convention registration fee; and
• Three will cover the cost of airfare to the convention.**

To qualify for this opportunity, all applicants must send in their completed forms by Monday, May 23, 2011. Complete the ACA Convention Scholarship Form, and fax to (952) 922-6402, or e-mail to Emily Johnson at ejohnson@acainternational.org.

Scholarship recipients will be notified the week of May 31.

*Scholarships are available only for convention registrants. Exhibitor registrants are not eligible for scholarships.
**Air reservations must be made by ACA International. Airfare awards are limited to flights within the continental United States only. Reservations must be completed by June 13, 2011. Additional restrictions on flights days and times may apply.
