WeDo Soft presents their Revenue Assurance Solution at ITS World Congress

WeDo Soft, a leading provider of software solutions for the communications and media markets, is one of the exhibitors at the 13th World Congress & Exhibition on Intelligent Transport Systems and Services.

WeDo Soft will be showcasing their Revenue Assurance Solution, RAID, recently implemented by Brisa, the largest motorway operator in Portugal and one of the main operators in Europe. RAID provides a number of automated and integrated control mechanisms for Brisa?s main revenue processes, ensuring that it works smoothly and detects failures, inefficiencies and fraud.

RAID enables Brisa, for instance, to monitor the flow of revenue generated by both the manual and electronic toll collection system, which detects irregularities from process and system failures and human error, whether involuntary or not. Brisa thus benefits from an integrated and automatic system for controlling not only the toll stations but also the various types of payments made by customers, enabling them to reconcile the operational efficiency of their revenue processes with a tangible improvement in the quality of customer service.
