Ford Motor Company will be offering interest-free financing on the purchase of its Ford Escape hybrid SUV model in California and Washington, DC, according to a story by Reuters today.
Ford spokesman Monte Doran said that these two markets are the most active in moving hybrid sales for the automobile company.
