Frederick J. Hanna & Associates, P.C., an Atlanta-based creditors’ rights and collection law firm, has opened a new office in Plantation, Florida effective October 1, 2012.  This latest expansion comes in response to client-based needs in the State of Florida.

The office will be led by Anthony Maniscalco, an attorney with over 10 years of extensive collection and creditors’ rights litigation experience in the Florida market.  The Florida office will serve regional and national clients.

“We’re very excited about the opportunity to provide our valued and long-standing clients with another level of representation and service,” explains Managing Partner, Robert Winter.  “I’ve been licensed to practice law in Florida for over 20 years; and regionally, it makes perfect sense for us to expand our footprint there.”

With offices in Georgia, Florida, and Missouri, Frederick J. Hanna & Associates, P.C. is a leading creditors’ rights and collection law firm.  The firm has been in continuous operation for over 30 years and operates one of the nation’s premier legal networks and call centers.  Frederick J. Hanna & Associates, P.C. has been consistently recognized for outstanding representation, partnership and performance by its clients.
