FBCS, Inc., a leader in 3rd party collection services, proudly announces its opening of their second call center, situated in Cape May, New Jersey.

This facility gives FBCS, Inc. the opportunity to increase production capacity by 30% and offers room to grow at the new location.

The Cape May location, “enables FBCS to strengthen its position in the receivables management industry and provides a critical component to redundancy and business continuity,” states Joseph Neary, President of FBCS, Inc.

FBCS, Inc. will maintain its existing call center, and all administrative and marketing activities at the corporate headquarters located in Hatboro, PA.
