Peacock Consulting announces training tracking upgrade to CastIMS, technology for compliance and solutions tracking.
“Training is an integral part of any compliance management system,” said Peacock Consulting President Sarah Headly, “it only made sense to integrate comprehensive training management functionality into CastIMS.”
The added functionality tracks training for every member of the company, auto-schedules staff to attend recurring training classes based on their last attendance date, and links training efforts to consumer complaints and any corrective actions related to an employee.
“This addition to the CastIMS system takes the guess work out of your Compliance Management System as it applies to training and the documentation required to track and contain compliance issues,” says CastIMS version 6.0 beta tester Bob Duenkel, Director of Employee Development and CCCO at Williams & Fudge, Inc.
When asked about training’s integration into his Compliance Management System, Duenkel replied, “Your ability to demonstrate training occurs and is well documented allows you to proactively mitigate risk with compliance concerns. Prior to this CastIMS upgrade, the ability to track training classes provided to our staff required us to maintain multiple data bases. With this upgrade, I now quickly have access to all of the training our employees require as well as a recap of all training previously provided.”
The CastIMS 6.0 upgrade is currently being beta tested by a select group of current users and will be available for general release by mid-to-late August 2014.
