Academy Collection Service, Inc.
announced the appointment of Timothy J. Bauer to the newly created position of Chief Executive Officer. Bauer will be responsible for all areas of the current business and development of new opportunities for growth. As Chief Executive Officer, he will report directly to Keith Dickstein, Owner and Chairman.

During the past 27 years Bauer has served in a variety of executive roles within the ARM industry, most recently holding dual roles as Executive Vice President of Outsourcing Solutions Inc (OSI) and President of OSI Portfolio Services (OSIPS). Prior to his time at OSI and OSIPS, he was an Executive Vice President at Risk Management Alternatives, Inc. (RMA).  Previous to joining the agency world in 1995, Bauer spent 15 years as a partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Messerli & Kramer PA.
